At REALM, we recognize that test scores, analytics, data and grades can never fully capture the learning of a student.

We work collaboratively across grade levels and disciplines to create, refine, and use multiple metrics that honor and illustrate the many forms of learning and genius our students demonstrate and work towards.

Our school rubrics are built around the three principles of Love, Grit, and Action. These principles are both goals and standards by which our school culture is defined in every way.

Here’s a look at how these principles drive our school in 5 key areas.
